1. High-Speed, High-Resolution Thermal Printing

The MS-TITO400 uses line thermal printing technology with a resolution of 203 dpi and a print density of 8 dots/mm. With 864 dots per line and a maximum print width of 108 mm, it supports detailed receipt and invoice layouts. The printer offers speed configurations ranging from 150 mm/s to 250 mm/s, helping businesses balance printing quality and throughput according to their application requirements. Its ESC/POS-compatible command set also facilitates integration with compatible printing systems.

2. Durable Metal Structure and Easy Maintenance

Built with a sturdy metal body, the MS-TITO400 is designed to withstand the demands of commercial and self-service environments. Its practical structure features a top-opening printer cover, providing conven

ient access for paper replacement, cleaning, and routine maintenance. Measuring approximately 161 mm in width and 113 mm in depth, the printer module is designed for embedded installation in equipment where durability and accessible servicing are important.

3. Automatic Paper Feeding and Flexible Cutting

The MS-TITO400 supports automatic paper loading and accommodates thermal paper widths of 110 mm and 112 mm, with a maximum paper roll diameter of 120 mm. Its paper-feed buffer roller helps maintain smooth paper movement and minimise deformation during high-speed printing. The sliding cutter supports both full-cut and half-cut modes for different receipt dispensing requirements. With a rated cutter life of up to 500,000 cuts and a specified printing life of up to 50 km, the printer is built for repeated use in busy commercial applications.

4. Reliable Performance and Flexible Connectivity

Designed for stable operation, the MS-TITO400 includes paper-near-end and paper-out detection sensors, along with a thermistor for printhead temperature monitoring. It operates on DC 24 V ±10% and supports USB and serial communication interfaces for integration with compatible host devices. The specified operating temperature range is −10°C to 50°C under non-condensing conditions, making it suitable for a variety of indoor commercial and self-service installations. System compatibility should be confirmed during equipment development.

Applicable Industries, Scenarios, and Customization

Usage Precautions:

1. Use only printer paper that meets the requirements provided or confirmed by the supplier. Failure to do so may affect print quality and print head life, and may even damage the print head.

2. The width, minimum inner diameter, and maximum outer diameter of the printer paper roll must meet tolerance requirements. The paper head must be routed around the stainless steel plate. Otherwise, the paper near-end switch may not reliably engage, or the paper may not feed smoothly or straightly, affecting normal printer operation.

3. Do not plug or unplug the signal interface cable while the printer is powered on.

4. After printing, if you open the printer head, do not immediately touch the print head or motor housing to avoid burns from the high temperature of the metal housing.

5. The friction between the roller and the thermal paper is high. Avoid feeding paper, let alone printing, when there is no paper in the print head. Doing so may damage the thermal film.

6. The print head needs to be cleaned regularly (with anhydrous alcohol) to ensure print quality and life.

7. If the printer is used outdoors, be sure to clean the printer regularly to prevent dust from covering the sensors and preventing them from accurately reporting printer status.

Paper Jam Handling:

  • If a paper jam occurs while printing, turn off the power and tear the paper at the paper feed point.

  • Push the green slide switch upward to open the printer cover. Clear any paper debris stuck inside the printer head.

  • Pull the jammed paper out in the direction of the arrow.

  • Close the cover, re-power on, and reload the printer according to the paper roll loading instructions.

  • Press the paper feed button to test whether the problem has been resolved.
