Featuring a ROHM line thermal print head, the MS-MLP212 label printer module offers 300 DPI resolution, 448 dots per line, and printing speeds up to 120mm/s. It supports thermal adhesive label rolls from 35mm to 60mm wide, with a maximum printing width of 56mm. Multiple text formats, ASCII and Chinese characters, barcodes, and QR codes enable clear, versatile label printing.
The integrated auto-peel mechanism automatically separates printed adhesive labels from their backing paper, making labels ready for manual application or automated handling. Its built-in liner rewinding system collects used backing paper into a neat roll, reducing loose waste and simplifying maintenance during continuous labelling operations.
Designed for reliable operation, the MS-MLP212 incorporates multiple sensors for print head temperature monitoring, label gap detection, paper output detection, and cover status monitoring. A manual paper feed button, buzzer alerts, and indicator lights help operators identify printing errors and manage daily operation efficiently. The module supports thermal label rolls with an outer diameter of up to 120mm, reducing the frequency of paper replacement.
Built with a robust metal housing, the embedded thermal label printer measures 112 × 217.5 × 106.5mm and weighs approximately 1.7kg. It supports RS232 and USB communication interfaces, with configurable baud rates of 9600, 19200, 38400, and 115200bps. Its compact structure, horizontal paper feeding design, and rated print head life of 100km make it suitable for integration into industrial equipment and self-service systems.
