The MS-EP5860-BC features a highly integrated structure that combines the printing mechanism and control board in a compact 147.5 × 124.42 × 75mm housing. Different mounting brackets can be customized to simplify installation in vending machines, kiosks, self-service terminals, and other equipment with limited internal space.
Flexible Paper and Cutting Options
The printer supports automatic paper feeding with a horizontal 180° paper path and provides both full-cut and half-cut functions. It supports paper rolls up to Ø80mm and offers a 100km print/feed life, while the cutter is rated for up to 1 million cuts for long-term equipment operation.
Anti-Jam and Anti-Drag Technology
Patent technology for anti-blocking and anti-dragging helps improve paper feeding stability during repeated printing. The large gear insertion structure provides strong and fast paper transmission, while the printer also incorporates paper-out, gap detection, printhead temperature, and lever-position sensors for reliable operation.
RS232 and USB Communication
The MS-EP5860-BC supports both RS232 and USB interfaces, with communication baud rates of 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, and 115200bps. ASCII and Chinese character sets are supported, along with reverse, underline, italic, and bold printing formats, making it suitable for a range of customized terminal printing requirements.
