The MS-MLP212D accommodates self-adhesive thermal paper rolls with an outer diameter of up to Ø120mm and an inner diameter of at least 25mm. The large roll capacity can reduce the frequency of paper replacement, making this thermal printer module suitable for unattended equipment and continuous-use applications.
A dedicated bottom paper recovery device and recycling shaft collect the continuous backing paper after labels are peeled. This design helps manage used liner material and maintain a more organized paper path inside the host equipment.
The thermal label printer module supports barcode and QR code printing for product identification, inventory information, tracking labels, tickets, and other machine-readable applications. It also supports reverse, underline, italic, and bold printing formats for different label content requirements.
ASCII 9×17 and 12×24 fonts and Chinese 24×24-dot characters are supported. RS232 and USB interfaces provide flexible communication with host equipment, while baud rates of 9600, 19200, 38400, and 115200bps support different system configurations.
The MS-MLP212D uses automatic label peeling to separate printed adhesive labels from their backing material, making the finished labels easier for users or automated systems to collect. Manual paper feeding with a horizontal 180° paper path provides a straightforward loading configuration.
The embedded thermal label printer incorporates a printhead temperature sensor, through-beam gap detection, reflective paper-output detection, and cover-opening detection. These sensors help monitor printing and paper-handling conditions during operation.
A paper-feed button, buzzer, and indicator light provide straightforward local control and status feedback. This simple control system makes the thermal label printer module easier to operate while supporting integration into larger self-service and automated devices.
With dimensions of approximately 112 × 217.5 × 106.5mm and a weight of about 1.7kg, the MS-MLP212D provides a compact solution for equipment developers. Its 24V operating system and RS232/USB interfaces support integration into customized printing equipment.
The MS-MLP212D is suitable for self-service kiosks, vending machines, retail equipment, weighing and labeling systems, logistics terminals, inventory equipment, ticketing machines, and other automated devices requiring adhesive label printing.
