The MS-LP212C supports thermal-coated adhesive label rolls with paper widths from 35mm to 60mm and thicknesses from 0.06mm to 0.16mm. Its paper compartment accommodates rolls up to Ø100mm, helping reduce the frequency of paper replacement in unattended or high-use equipment.
The manual paper-feed design uses a horizontal 180° paper path, while the automatic peeling function separates printed adhesive labels from the backing material. A dedicated take-up shaft collects the continuous liner, helping maintain an organized internal paper path.
This compact thermal printing module supports barcode printing as well as reverse, underline, italic, and bold formats. It supports ASCII 9×17 and 12×24 fonts and Chinese 24×24-dot characters, allowing system integrators to configure different text and label-printing requirements.
With RS232 and USB communication interfaces and baud rates of 9600, 19200, 38400, and 115200bps, the MS-LP212C can be integrated into different host systems. Its control architecture is suitable for customized terminal equipment requiring a dedicated thermal printer mechanism.
The MS-LP212C incorporates sensors for printhead temperature, lever position, label-gap detection, paper output, and cover status. These monitoring functions help the embedded printer module maintain stable operation and identify common paper-handling conditions during continuous use.
Automatic label peeling makes printed adhesive labels easier to collect and apply, while the backing-paper take-up mechanism helps manage used liner material. The paper-feed button, buzzer, and multiple indicator lights also provide straightforward control and status feedback for equipment operators.
Measuring approximately 112 × 217.46 × 99.5mm and weighing about 1.4kg without the paper roll, the MS-LP212C is designed as a space-conscious embedded thermal printer for integration into automated equipment. Its combined print mechanism, control electronics, and metal structure simplify the development of dedicated printing terminals.
