The MS-NP80C features an all-in-one design that integrates the control board with the printer mechanism. This reduces the overall module footprint and simplifies equipment development and installation. The printer supports automatic paper feeding and automatic full cutting, while the dedicated plastic paper outlet helps make installation, servicing, and paper output management more convenient.
With a maximum print width of 80mm and support for 80mm thermal paper, the MS-NP80C can print at up to 250mm/s. It supports thermal paper from 60–150μm thick and provides a maximum recommended printing length of 100km. The printer also supports formatting functions including bold, italic, underline, and reverse printing for different receipt and ticket layouts.
The printer is equipped with a full-cut cutter rated for up to 1 million cuts, making it suitable for frequent printing in self-service environments. Automatic paper feeding, paper-out detection, paper-near-end detection, black-mark detection, paper-jam and cutter-paper detection help support reliable unattended operation. The paper feeding mechanism supports horizontal 180° automatic paper loading.
The MS-NP80C supports RS232 and USB interfaces, with selectable communication baud rates of 9600, 19200, 38400, and 115200. Software and hardware interfaces are designed to support straightforward system integration, while configurable functions such as paper retracting, paper arch height, and paper-output waiting time can help adapt the printer to different terminal designs and operating requirements.
The MS-NP80C is suitable for self-service kiosks, ticketing and check-in terminals, information kiosks, vending machines, POS and retail receipt systems, lottery and gaming terminals, parking systems, and toll booth equipment.
For OEM and ODM projects, Masung can work with equipment manufacturers on printer integration, paper-feed orientation, installation structure, interface configuration, software commands, paper-output requirements, and other mechanical or functional requirements to match the customer's equipment design.
