The MS-T80H adopts an all-in-one printer module design, integrating the control board and printing mechanism into a single structure. This reduces the space required inside the host equipment and simplifies mould and terminal development, making it easier for system integrators to incorporate the printer into customized machines.
A dedicated paper-feed button and status indicators provide straightforward local operation and feedback. The compact structure, measuring approximately 227 × 137 × 135mm, is suitable for equipment where internal installation space needs to be carefully managed.
The MS-T80H supports multiple black-mark sensor positions to accommodate different paper and equipment configurations. The sensor can be positioned on the left, center, or right of either the printing or non-printing side, providing up to six possible installation positions.
Additional sensors monitor printhead temperature, lever position, paper presence, and other operating conditions. Optional paper-near-end and anti-paper-jam detection further extend the module's monitoring capabilities for unattended printing equipment.
The printer supports automatic paper feeding and full or half cutting for flexible output requirements. It handles 80mm thermal paper with thicknesses from 56 to 150μm and supports a maximum print width of 72mm.
The cutter is rated for up to 1 million cuts, while the printer supports a maximum printing length of 100km. Multiple output nozzles are also compatible, allowing the paper outlet configuration to be adapted to different terminal structures.
The MS-T80H provides RS232 and USB communication interfaces for connection with host equipment and supports ASCII 9×17 and 12×24 character fonts as well as Chinese 24×24-dot characters. Reverse, underline, italic, and bold printing formats are also supported.
Operating at DC24 ±10V with an average current of 2A and peak current of 5A, the module is designed for integration into dedicated equipment. Its operating temperature range of -10 to 55°C and operating humidity range of 20–85% RH support use across a range of indoor commercial and industrial environments.
The MS-T80H is suitable for self-service inquiry terminals, queue management systems, ATMs, lottery terminals, log printers, self-service payment machines, invoice printers, telecom bill-printing terminals, and other automated equipment.
Masung can support OEM and ODM customization including black-mark sensor positions, paper outlet configuration, mounting structures, sensor options, communication interfaces, and other mechanical or functional requirements.
