Automatic Label Peeling and Liner Collection
The printer uses automatic label peeling to separate printed labels from the backing material, making labels easier for terminal users to collect and apply. A dedicated take-up shaft collects the continuous backing liner, helping keep the internal paper path organized during repeated printing.
Large Roll Capacity and Flexible Paper Handling
The MS-LP212A can accommodate label rolls with an outer diameter of up to Ø100mm and an inner diameter of at least 25mm. It supports thermal-coated adhesive label rolls with paper widths from 35mm to 60mm and thicknesses from 0.06mm to 0.16mm, providing flexibility for different label formats.
Barcode Printing and Multiple Print Formats
With built-in barcode printing capability, the MS-LP212A can produce machine-readable labels for identification, product information, tickets, receipts, and other applications. It also supports reverse, underline, italic, and bold printing formats, with ASCII 9×17 and 12×24 character fonts and Chinese 24×24-dot characters.
Multi-Sensor Monitoring and Simple Operation
Multiple sensors monitor printhead temperature, lever position, label gaps, paper output, and cover status to support stable operation. The printer also includes a paper-feed button, buzzer, and multiple indicator lights. Holding the paper-feed button while powering on activates a printing self-test, while different buzzer feedback helps simplify operation and status recognition.
