The MS-CM-SA60 integrates the control board and printing mechanism into one compact module. This reduces the number of separate components required during kiosk development and provides a streamlined solution for space-constrained parking equipment. For OEMs developing a parking ticket printer kiosk, the integrated structure can simplify mechanical and electrical integration.
The printer supports 54mm-wide, 150–250µm micro-cut folded card stock with thermal coating. Its media-handling system is designed specifically for this ticket format, making it suitable as a parking ticket printer for parking facilities and selected transport ticketing applications.
Built-in barcode scanning and ticket recycling functions enable the printer module to support more complete self-service workflows. By combining these functions in one unit, the MS-CM-SA60 can reduce the need for separate components inside a parking kiosk printer system.
Anti-stick paper handling helps reduce paper jams, while the full-cut mechanism provides clean ticket separation. The cutter has a rated life of up to 1,000,000 cuts, supporting high-volume parking and unattended ticketing applications. This makes the module suitable for a parking printer machine operating at busy entry and exit points.
With a specified print life of 100km, multiple media and mechanism sensors, and an operating temperature range of -10°C to 50°C, the MS-CM-SA60 is designed for demanding equipment environments. Sensors for paper status, head position, temperature and media gaps help monitor printer operation and support error prevention.
The compact module supports different installation orientations to accommodate various kiosk structures. RS232 and USB interfaces provide standard connectivity options for integration with kiosk controllers and other host systems, making the MS-CM-SA60 suitable for OEM-developed ticketing kiosk printers and parking equipment.
