The MS-LP212B supports thermal-coated adhesive label rolls with an outer diameter of up to Ø100mm and an inner diameter of at least 38mm. Its adjustable paper width allows system integrators to select different label formats according to the requirements of the host equipment.
Manual paper feeding with a horizontal 180° paper path provides straightforward paper loading, while the automatic peeling function separates printed labels from the backing material. A dedicated take-up shaft collects the continuous liner for more organized paper handling.
The embedded thermal printer supports barcode printing for product identification, inventory labels, tracking information, and other machine-readable applications. It also supports reverse, underline, italic, and bold printing formats for flexible label content.
ASCII 9×17 and 12×24 fonts and Chinese 24×24-dot characters are supported. RS232 and USB communication interfaces allow the MS-LP212B to connect with different host systems, with baud rates of 9600, 19200, 38400, and 115200bps.
The MS-LP212B uses automatic label peeling to separate adhesive labels from their backing material, making printed labels easier to collect or apply. Its integrated liner recovery shaft collects the continuous backing paper after peeling, helping manage waste material inside the equipment.
Multiple sensors monitor printhead temperature, lever position, label gaps, paper output, and cover status. These functions help the thermal label printer module monitor operating conditions and support reliable printing in automated equipment.
A paper-feed button, buzzer, and multiple indicator lights provide simple user controls and status feedback. Holding the paper-feed button while powering on can activate the printer self-test, providing a convenient way to check printer operation during installation and maintenance.
With dimensions of approximately 107.8 × 238.26 × 106.27mm and a weight of about 1.7kg without the paper roll, the MS-LP212B provides a compact solution for equipment integration. Its 24V operating system and RS232/USB connectivity support customized terminal development.
The MS-LP212B is suitable for self-service kiosks, vending machines, retail terminals, weighing and labeling equipment, logistics systems, ticketing devices, inventory equipment, and other automated machines requiring adhesive label printing.
