The E20 supports a variety of compatible self-adhesive media, including gap labels, continuous paper, perforated paper, and waybill-style labels. This flexibility allows the printer to handle different label formats and materials for shipping, product identification, warehouse management, and automated labeling applications.
Using direct thermal printing technology, the E20 delivers 300 dpi output at speeds of up to 250 mm/s. Its maximum print width of 104 mm accommodates a broad range of label formats, while adjustable printing speed and print-density settings allow users to balance output speed and print quality according to application requirements.
For industrial labeling, the E20 can produce barcodes, product information, shipping details, warehouse identification labels, and other variable data directly onto compatible thermal media.
The E20 integrates an automatic label peeler to separate printed adhesive labels from their backing material after printing. This helps operators access individual labels more efficiently and can make the printer easier to integrate into workflows where labels need to be applied immediately after printing.
The automatic peeling function is particularly useful for repetitive product identification, packaging, order fulfillment, and workstation labeling tasks where manually separating each label can slow down the process.
