The MS-NP80A is an 80mm thermal printer module designed for OEM equipment and embedded printing applications. Using direct thermal printing technology, it delivers clear text, graphics, QR codes, and barcodes at speeds of up to 250 mm/s with low operating noise. It is suitable for retail, healthcare, transportation, and self-service terminals.
Its all-in-one design integrates the control board and thermal printer mechanism into a single compact unit, helping reduce installation space and simplify equipment design. The modular structure and dedicated paper outlet also make installation and maintenance more convenient.
The Embedded Thermal Printer Module supports automatic paper loading, full or partial auto cutting, and includes a paper feed button with LED status indicators. A built-in self-test function allows technicians to quickly check printer operation during installation or maintenance.
Multiple integrated sensors monitor printhead temperature, paper status, black marks, paper jams, and paper pulling, helping improve printing reliability in unattended devices such as kiosks, vending machines, payment terminals, and industrial equipment.
The MS-NP80A supports USB and RS232 communication, multiple baud rates up to 115200 bps, and 60 mm, 80 mm, and 82.5 mm thermal paper. With an operating temperature of -10°C to 60°C, it is suitable for a wide range of embedded printing applications, including POS systems, ticketing machines, medical devices, parking systems, and other OEM equipment.
