The Masung MS-E80II is an 80mm thermal printer module for kiosks and machines, designed for fast and reliable receipt, ticket, and voucher printing. It supports a maximum paper speed of 250 mm/s, with 576 dots per line and a maximum effective print width of 72mm. Its linear thermal printing mechanism provides clear, consistent output without the need for ink or toner.
The printer module supports 80mm thermal paper with a maximum roll diameter of 80mm. Its easy-loading paper feed design helps simplify paper replacement during machine operation and maintenance. The integrated cutter supports both half-cut and full-cut functions and is designed for up to 1 million cuts, making it suitable for self-service equipment with frequent printing requirements.
With a compact 115 × 88.5 × 132mm structure and a weight of approximately 0.45kg excluding the paper roll, the MS-E80II can be integrated into various enclosed machines and self-service terminals. It supports 12V or 24V DC power, with serial and USB interfaces for connection to host systems. A cash drawer interface is also available for applications requiring payment-related peripherals.
The MS-E80II is designed for continuous machine operation, with a print life of up to 100km and thermistor-based print-head temperature detection. It operates from -10°C to 50°C with non-condensing humidity conditions and can be stored from -20°C to 60°C. These characteristics make the module suitable for indoor and semi-outdoor equipment where stable thermal printing is required.
The MS-E80II can be integrated into self-service kiosks, ticketing machines, payment terminals, vending machines, parking systems, queue management terminals, retail self-service equipment, and other automated machines that require compact and reliable 80mm receipt or ticket printing.
