The MS-M11 integrates the control board and printing mechanism into a compact module measuring 92 × 61.3 × 91.9 mm and weighing approximately 200 g. Its space-saving structure simplifies installation and maintenance, making it suitable for kiosks and equipment with limited internal space.
Using line dot thermal printing technology, the MS-M11 achieves printing speeds of up to 80 mm/s, with a maximum print width of 48 mm and a resolution of 203 DPI. Its low-noise operation supports a more comfortable user experience in self-service environments.
The printer supports 58 mm-wide paper with a thickness of 60–100 μm and a maximum roll diameter of 50 mm. Its easy-load paper mechanism simplifies roll replacement, while the manual tear-off design allows users to remove printed receipts conveniently without requiring an automatic cutter.
Operating at DC 12V, the MS-M11 features a thermal printhead sensor and a reflective infrared photoelectric paper-out sensor to help maintain reliable operation. It supports configurable interface combinations, including USB, serial, or parallel connectivity with a cash drawer interface, depending on the selected configuration.
The Masung MS-M11 Embedded Panel Printer is suitable for self-service kiosks, information terminals, ticketing equipment, payment terminals, and other embedded devices requiring compact receipt printing. Masung offers OEM/ODM customisation options for device integration, including interface configuration, mechanical installation, and printing software adaptation, subject to project requirements and technical evaluation.
