The MS-TS102 uses thermal transfer technology to produce sharp text, barcodes, and QR codes on various media. Supporting paper widths from 20 mm to 112 mm and ribbon widths from 40 mm to 110 mm, it accommodates different printing requirements. Its 300-metre ribbon capacity helps reduce replacement frequency in high-volume applications.
Multiple integrated sensors monitor black marks, label gaps, ribbon status, and printhead position to improve printing accuracy and operational reliability. The adjustable paper positioning mechanism supports different label sizes, while the manual paper-feeding design simplifies media loading and routine maintenance.
The integrated cutter supports full and partial cutting, with a rated service life of 500,000 cuts and a maximum cutting thickness of 0.1 mm. Equipped with USB and RS232 communication interfaces, the printer module can be integrated into various self-service terminals and industrial control systems.
Measuring 203.43 × 166.22 × 149.5 mm and weighing approximately 2 kg, the MS-TS102 is designed for installation inside self-service equipment. Powered by DC 24V, it operates at temperatures from -10°C to 50°C, providing reliable performance across different indoor and industrial operating environments.
The Masung MS-TS102 thermal transfer printer module is suitable for retail self-service kiosks, clothing label printing terminals, shopping mall information kiosks, financial service machines, restaurant ordering systems, and hospital self-service terminals. It can print labels, receipts, identification tags, barcodes, and QR codes.
