Designed as an 80mm panel printer, the MS-FPT302 can be integrated into a wide range of machines and enclosures. Its compact 127 × 127 × 100mm structure supports multiple installation methods, while the electronic locking system secures the printer panel during operation.
The adjustable paper bucket accommodates either 58mm or 80mm rolls with a maximum roll diameter of 80mm. This flexible design allows the same 80 mm panel mount printer platform to be configured for different terminal structures and receipt sizes.
The MS-FPT302 uses thermal dot-line printing at 576 dots per line with an 8 dot/mm resolution and a maximum printing width of 72mm. At up to 250mm/s, the panel thermal printer can produce receipts, tickets and queue numbers quickly in high-throughput self-service applications.
The mechanism supports 60–120μm thermal paper and an automatic full or partial cutter. With a cutter life of up to 1.5 million cuts and a printing length of more than 150km, it is designed for equipment that requires frequent printing.
For equipment manufacturers, the printer provides RS-232C and USB interfaces and supports ESC/POS commands. Compatibility with Windows, Linux, Android and Raspberry Pi systems makes the panel printer thermal mechanism suitable for a variety of embedded hardware and software environments.
The MS-FPT302 also supports barcode printing and operates from a DC 24V power supply. Its anti-block system detection helps identify printing or paper-output problems, providing an additional layer of operational monitoring for unattended machines.
The MS-FPT302 80mm receipt printer with auto cutter can be integrated into queue management systems, visitor attendance terminals, ticket vending machines, food ordering machines, POS equipment and self-service kiosks. For OEM and ODM projects, Masung can customise the case colour, paper-width configuration, installation structure and other mechanical or integration details according to equipment requirements.
