The MS-LB401 can be configured for direct thermal or thermal transfer printing, supporting different wristband production requirements. Its mixed-base ribbon compatibility makes it suitable for various wristband types and applications, from medical identification bands to event and decorative wristbands. The printer supports materials including PVC, paper, Tyvek, and synthetic fabrics, subject to material compatibility.
With a 300 dpi wristband printer resolution and a maximum printing speed of 6 inches per second, the MS-LB401 is designed for efficient on-demand wristband production. Its high-precision sensors help maintain accurate paper positioning and consistent printing, supporting clear patient information, barcodes, QR codes, names, dates, and other identification details.
The MS-LB401 uses USB as a standard communication interface and can be equipped with additional Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet/Network, and Serial ports. This flexible connectivity allows the medical wristband printer to integrate with hospital HIS systems, event management software, computers, and other digital workflows for convenient data customisation and printing.
Weighing approximately 1.65 kg and measuring 245 mm × 145 mm × 170 mm, the MS-LB401 is designed for space-conscious installations and mobile deployment. It uses manual paper feeding with an adjustable limit module and supports wristband paper up to 60 mm wide, with a printable width of 26–54 mm. Complimentary accessories are also available to support practical setup and operation.
