Its 640 × 480 image sensor and 617 nm red LED provide reliable image capture, with decoding accuracy of ≥4 mil.

The MS-72IS works as a Self-Service Checkout scanner and Self-Service Checkout embedded scanner, helping identify products quickly as they pass through automated checkout systems. Its high motion tolerance of >2 m/s supports continuous scanning, while its ability to handle reflective, wrinkled and incomplete barcodes makes it suitable for demanding retail environments.

Smart Retail and Vending Integration

Designed as a scanner for Smart Retail Shelves, scanner for Automated Retail Counters and Self-Service Vending Machine scanner, the MS-72IS can be integrated into various automated retail devices. Its 93.5 × 114 × 40 mm compact structure and RS-232, USB and USB COM interfaces provide flexible options for equipment manufacturers and system integrators.
