The MS-ZK650-M6 provides a dedicated solution for aluminum nameplate printing and customized metal card production. Using monochrome thermal transfer technology, it prints at 300 DPI with a maximum printing width of 54 mm. The printing parameters and content can be edited through Masung's self-developed software, providing flexibility for different customized printing requirements.
With support for aluminum plates measuring 0.7–0.9 mm thick, the printer can be used for aluminum business cards, aluminum name cards, and other compatible aluminum card applications. It can also serve businesses involved in metal business card printing that require a compact printer for producing customized cards and identification products. The specification specifically lists aluminum plate as the supported card material; compatibility with stainless steel business cards, stainless steel business cards, or other metal substrates should therefore be confirmed through material testing before production.
The MS-ZK650-M6 uses a dedicated 650 Series ribbon cartridge with a built-in 60 mm × 100 m resin-based ribbon. An NFC electronic tag is used for ribbon cartridge identification. With a printing speed of up to 50 mm/s and a 100-sheet card capacity, the printer is designed to support efficient small-batch and customized production of metal name cards, metal namecards, and aluminum nameplates.
For Windows systems, the printer provides USB connectivity as standard, while Bluetooth communication for Android is available as an option. It operates at DC 24 V ±10% with a rated current of 2.5 A.
