The MS-8600 Heavy-Duty 600 DPI Full-Color Retransfer Smart Card Printer is a high-performance industrial-grade card issuance solution designed for secure, high-volume, and full-edge card personalization applications. Built with MASUNG’s self-developed SoC architecture, the MS-8600 full-color PVC card printer combines advanced retransfer printing technology, 600 DPI ultra-high-resolution output, and heavy-duty operational capability to deliver professional-quality smart cards with enhanced durability and security.
Using advanced color dye-sublimation retransfer technology, the PVC card printer machine first transfers the image onto a retransfer film before heat-pressing it onto the card surface. This process eliminates direct printhead-to-card contact, significantly reducing printhead wear while enabling true edge-to-edge printing with superior color accuracy and fine-detail reproduction. The 600 DPI printhead ensures sharp text, vivid graphics, and enhanced anti-counterfeit performance, making it ideal for secure identity documents and premium card production.
Designed for continuous unattended operation, the MS-8600 card printer for employees supports high-capacity consumables with up to 1000 prints per ribbon roll and optional dual-card-source feeding with a right-side automatic hopper. The PVC card printer with full color also supports multiple smart encoding modules, including RFID, SAM, and magnetic stripe technologies, allowing flexible deployment across government, education, finance, transportation, and enterprise environments.
Ideal applications include national ID cards, social security cards, driver licenses, financial cards, student IDs, staff credentials, access control cards, and other high-security personalized card issuance systems.
