At the core of the MS-S33 is a third-generation MOPA fiber laser with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi. The laser card printer can create detailed security elements such as microtext, rasterised graphics, and other engraved data beneath the card surface. This makes the system suitable for applications where a conventional license printer alone does not provide the required level of physical security.
The MS-S33 combines high-resolution colour thermal transfer printing with permanent laser engraving in one workflow. Colour images and variable information can be printed first, followed by laser engraving of critical text and security features. This hybrid approach allows the driving license card printing machine to produce credentials with both visual personalisation and durable engraved information.
Designed for both central issuance and decentralised service environments, the MS-S33 supports production speeds of up to 150 cards per hour in laser mode. Its dual-feed hopper provides a capacity of up to 600 cards for batch production, while Ethernet connectivity and a web-based interface simplify device management. Optional contact and contactless smart card encoding further expands the capabilities of this license card machine.
The MS-S33 is designed with multiple physical security measures, including a security lock, top-cover lock for the card hopper, and front-door lock for access to the internal mechanism and reject card tray. Its laser system has a minimum lifespan of 10,000 hours, supporting long-term operation for organisations that require a reliable driver license printer machine for secure credential issuance.
