MASUNG
The MS-TU825 provides a maximum printing speed of 250 mm/s, allowing tickets and receipts to be produced efficiently in applications where fast transaction or customer processing is required. Its line thermal printing technology also eliminates the need for ink or toner.
The control board and printing mechanism are integrated within the printer, creating a compact structure that can simplify equipment integration and save internal installation space. A dedicated engineering-plastic paper outlet also helps make installation and maintenance more convenient.
The MS-TU825 automatically loads the paper and supports both full-cut and partial-cut functions. Its cutter has a rated life of up to 1 million cuts, making the printer suitable for frequent ticket and receipt issuance.
A range of sensors monitors the printer and paper status, including paper-out, paper-near-end, cover-open, black-mark, paper-gap, cutter-position, paper-output and paper-jam detection. These sensors provide feedback to the host system and help the printer respond to different operating conditions.
The dedicated paper-output area also incorporates paper-jam and paper-output detection. When a blockage is detected, the printer can stop the printing operation until the problem is cleared. The output sensor can detect whether printed paper remains at the outlet.
The MS-TU825 supports barcode printing together with common text formatting functions such as reverse printing, underlining, italics and bold text. Black-mark and gap detection can also be used for positioning certain pre-printed or segmented ticket formats.
