MS-6400D
MASUNG
The MS-6400D uses 2D scanning technology to support a wide range of 1D and 2D symbologies. Supported 2D codes include PDF417, Data Matrix, and QR Code, while 1D formats include Code 128, EAN-13, EAN-8, Code 39, UPC-A, UPC-E, Codabar, ISBN, Code 93, Code 11, Interleaved 2 of 5, GS1 DataBar, MSI-Plessey, and other commonly used formats. With scanning accuracy of ≥4 mil, it can serve as a reliable handheld QR code reader and barcode reader for various applications.
The scanner incorporates a high-speed exposure algorithm to support rapid reading of electronic codes displayed on mobile phones as well as printed paper barcodes. With a typical reading depth of 35–105 mm for Code 39 5 mil codes and 35–290 mm for Code 39 13 mil codes, the MS-6400D provides flexible scanning distances for different tasks. Its ±60° tilt, ±65° deflection, and 360° rotation sensitivity help users operate the handheld QR scanner from different angles.
The MS-6400D supports Bluetooth 3.0 and 2.4G wireless communication, with the 2.4–2.5 GHz frequency range and Bluetooth transmission speed of up to 3 Mbps. The cordless design allows operators to move around work areas without being restricted by a cable, making it suitable as a cordless handheld barcode scanner for warehouses, retail counters, production lines, and logistics operations. USB and USB COM communication are also supported for compatible wired configurations.
Measuring 160 × 70 × 107 mm and weighing approximately 188 g, the MS-6400D is designed for comfortable handheld operation. A full charge takes approximately eight hours and provides up to seven hours of continuous operation. An optional scanner stand supports automatic sensing mode, allowing the device to scan when a barcode is presented in front of it. This flexibility makes the MS-6400D suitable as a portable hand held scanner or a fixed hands-free scanning solution.
The MS-6400D handheld barcode scanner for inventory applications is suitable for customs and passport verification, driving licence verification, supermarkets, restaurants, warehouses, traceability systems, industrial manufacturing, courier and logistics operations, and retail checkout. It can be used as a hand held bar code reader for inventory management, a handheld scanners for warehouse solution for goods and package identification, or a handheld QR code scanner for mobile payment, traceability, and product information.
