The MS-4200 functions as an Embedded Mini USB Scan Engine for equipment manufacturers and system integrators requiring a compact barcode recognition module. Measuring only 49 × 37.5 × 25 mm, it can be integrated into self-service machines, access equipment, kiosks and other devices where installation space is limited.

Fast 1D & 2D Barcode Recognition

As an Embedded USB Fixed Mount Barcode Scanner, the MS-4200 supports common 1D and 2D symbologies, including QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, UPC, EAN, Code 128, Code 39 and GS1 DataBar. It provides reading accuracy of ≥5 mil for 2D codes and ≥4 mil for 1D codes, with a diagonal field of view of 52°.

OCR and Precision Positioning

The Embedded Mini USB Fixed Mount Barcode Scanner Scan Engine combines barcode recognition with optional OCR-B support for applications requiring document and identification reading. Its red cross-shaped laser positioning indicator provides a clear visual reference to help users align the target code accurately before scanning.

Stable Industrial-Grade Integration

Designed as a USB Fixed Mount Barcode Scanner and Embedded Mini USB Fixed Mount Scan Engine, the MS-4200 offers USB HID, USB COM and RS-232 communication options through compatible adapter boards. Its industrial-grade circuit protection, DC 5V power supply and operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C support integration into demanding equipment and automated systems.
