The clothing hang tag printer uses 300 DPI thermal transfer technology to produce clear text, logos, graphics and barcodes. With a maximum printable width of 55 mm, it supports hang tags with adjustable widths from 33–55 mm and a length of up to 110 mm.
Wax-based and mixed-based ribbons are supported, giving the swing tag printer flexibility for different tag materials and desired print results. The thermal transfer process also helps produce durable prints that remain legible during handling, transportation and retail display.
The printer uses automatic card feeding and can hold up to 100 hang tags at 0.9 mm thickness, reducing the need for operators to feed individual cards manually. It supports hang tag thicknesses from 0.35–0.90 mm, making it suitable for different types of rigid apparel tags.
