MS-S4
MASUNG
The MS-S4 combines the core hardware required for a conventional checkout counter into one integrated system. A touchscreen provides the operator interface, while the integrated thermal printer can produce receipts and the cash drawer provides physical cash management.
This configuration reduces the need to install separate POS computer, display, receipt printer and cash-drawer units across the checkout counter.
The main screen provides the cashier with an interactive interface for POS software and transaction management. A secondary customer display can be configured for customer-facing information, depending on the selected display option.
This dual-screen arrangement can be useful for showing order details, transaction information or other customer-facing content while the operator manages the checkout process.
The MS-S4 provides multiple interfaces, including USB, RS232, VGA, LAN, microphone and earphone ports. These interfaces provide connection options for POS peripherals and other equipment used within a checkout environment.
Optional configurations can also include Wi-Fi, MSR, iButton and NFC, allowing the POS terminal to be adapted to different payment, identification and connectivity requirements.
The integrated thermal printer allows the MS-S4 to handle receipt printing directly from the POS terminal. Combining the printer with the touch screen, cash drawer and computer platform creates an all-in-one POS machine for applications where counter space and equipment integration are important.
The MS-S4 is offered with different operating-system configurations. The existing product information lists Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 support, while the broader AIO POS platform is also available in Android and Windows configurations.
This provides distributors, system integrators and businesses with flexibility when matching the POS hardware to their existing software environment.
The MS-S4 uses a stable, collapsible metal stand designed for commercial use. Its integrated form factor makes it suitable for checkout counters where the POS terminal needs to remain in a fixed position while providing access to connected peripherals.
The MS-S4 can serve as a retail POS system for supermarkets, convenience stores, clothing shops, jewellery stores, bookshops and specialty retailers. It can be connected to barcode scanners, receipt printers and other POS peripherals to create a complete checkout station.
Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, pizzerias and quick-service restaurants can use the MS-S4 for order entry, payment processing and receipt printing. The touchscreen interface can be configured around the restaurant's POS software and workflow.
Hotels and other hospitality businesses can deploy the terminal at reception desks, payment counters or other transaction points where a touchscreen computer and receipt printer are required.
The MS-S4 can also be used by salons, spas and other service businesses for customer transactions, appointment-related payments and receipt printing.
Cinemas, entertainment venues and other ticket-based businesses can use an integrated POS terminal for admissions, retail sales and other checkout operations.
The MS-S4 is also suitable for petrol stations and convenience stores that require a fixed-position checkout terminal with touchscreen operation, cash handling and receipt printing.
For businesses that want to minimise the number of separate devices installed at the checkout counter, the all-in-one configuration combines several functions within one POS platform.
The MS-S4 is available as a customisable POS hardware platform for distributors, POS solution providers, and businesses requiring a specific configuration.
