A Moroccan couple (seen in the photo) visited the Masung Group branch in Shenzhen, China, seeking a reliable and customizable solution for producing high-voltage electrical danger signs.

Their company operates in an environment where strict safety compliance is essential, and they were specifically looking for a printing system that could produce durable, high-visibility warning signage suitable for industrial electrical installations.

During the initial consultation, the couple explained their challenges with traditional outsourced signage production. They often experienced long lead times, limited customization options, and inconsistent print durability—especially in harsh environments where heat, dust, and humidity can quickly degrade standard labels. Their key requirement was a system capable of producing on-demand, high-voltage electrical warning signs with strong adhesion, chemical resistance, and long-term outdoor durability.

Two of the Masung sales and service team members, Coco and Cici, introduced them to thermal transfer ribbon printing solutions designed for industrial-grade safety signage. The discussion focused on how modern ribbon-based printing technology can deliver sharp text, high-contrast symbols, and multi-layer color printing while maintaining excellent resistance to fading and abrasion. The couple was particularly interested in solutions that could support multilingual printing, as their operations span both Arabic- and French-speaking regions.

After evaluating different configurations, they requested sample testing of two advanced models: MS-TTR370 Die Cutter Ribbon Printer and MS-TTR380DAC Electrical Hazard Sign Printer.

The MS-TTR370 die cutter printer stood out for its precision cutting system and flexibility in producing custom-shaped labels. It is designed to automatically cut printed materials into predefined shapes, making it ideal for standardized warning labels, industrial tags, and equipment identification plates. The Masung team demonstrated how the die-cutting function can significantly reduce manual post-processing, improving both production efficiency and consistency. The couple saw clear value in using this model for routine electrical safety labels that require uniform sizing and fast batch production.

The MS-TTR380DAC Electrical Hazard Sign Printer, on the other hand, impressed them with its multi-color printing capability. Unlike traditional single-color thermal transfer printers, this model supports layered ribbon printing that allows users to produce high-visibility hazard label signs featuring bold red, yellow, and black warning elements. What’s more, it can be customized to print in more colors. This is particularly important for high-voltage environments, where visual clarity can directly impact workplace safety. The ability to customize layouts, symbols, and multilingual text made it an ideal solution for their more complex safety signage needs.

Masung engineers also demonstrated how both systems integrate with standard design software, allowing the client to easily import safety templates, electrical symbols, and compliance-based layouts. They highlighted the printers’ compatibility with industrial-grade ribbon materials, ensuring resistance against UV exposure, oil contamination, and temperature fluctuations.

After hands-on testing and sample output evaluation, the Moroccan couple was highly satisfied with the print quality, durability, and customization flexibility. They appreciated how quickly the machines could switch between different label formats without requiring extensive setup time. Most importantly, they recognized the long-term cost savings of bringing safety sign production in-house.

By the end of their visit, they decided to place an order for two sample units—one of each model—for further testing in their operational environment.
