High-Accuracy AI Product Recognition

The built-in AI camera uses a 2-megapixel high-definition camera and machine-vision recognition technology. According to the supplied product information, naked-product recognition accuracy can reach up to 99%, while recognition with bags can exceed 96%, with recognition taking approximately 0.1 seconds.

The system can semi-automatically associate recognised products with product names in the store database. This can reduce repetitive manual selection during checkout and make the POS system with weighing scale easier to deploy for daily retail operations.

Large Weighing Platform for Retail Products

The A4-116-TM features an oversized weighing platform designed to accommodate a variety of retail products. The independent weighing platform is positioned at the bottom of the unit, while the printer is located above the weighing body. This configuration helps separate the weighing area from the printer and provides additional protection against water exposure.

Adjustable Touchscreen and Easy Operation

The system features a 15.6-inch 16:9 display with a 1366 × 768 resolution, 1200:1 contrast ratio and 400 cd/m² brightness. The display angle can be adjusted to accommodate operators of different heights.

Its projected capacitive touchscreen is designed to resist scratches and everyday wear. The waterproof touch interface can also be operated when handling wet products or with wet hands, making it suitable for retail environments where moisture is common.

The software interface is designed around straightforward operation, allowing businesses to deploy the POS system with scale without requiring a long learning process.

Integrated Label Printing and Connectivity

The integrated label printer supports paper widths from 20 to 63 mm, with an effective printing width of 56 mm. It provides 203 dpi resolution, a printing speed of up to 120 mm/s and a stated printing life of up to 50 km. Labels are manually peeled after printing.

For store connectivity, the A4-116-TM provides RJ45 Ethernet with 100M/1000M adaptive networking and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Bluetooth 4.0 is available as an optional feature. The system also includes a 2.0-channel, 5 W speaker configuration.
