Usage Precautions:
1. Use only printer paper that meets the requirements provided or confirmed by the supplier. Failure to do so may affect print quality and print head life, and may even damage the print head.
2. The width, minimum inner diameter, and maximum outer diameter of the printer paper roll must meet tolerance requirements. The paper head must be routed around the stainless steel plate. Otherwise, the paper near-end switch may not reliably engage, or the paper may not feed smoothly or straightly, affecting normal printer operation.
3. Do not plug or unplug the signal interface cable while the printer is powered on.
4. After printing, if you open the printer head, do not immediately touch the print head or motor housing to avoid burns from the high temperature of the metal housing.
5. The friction between the roller and the thermal paper is high. Avoid feeding paper, let alone printing, when there is no paper in the print head. Doing so may damage the thermal film.
6. The print head needs to be cleaned regularly (with anhydrous alcohol) to ensure print quality and life.
7. If the printer is used outdoors, be sure to clean the printer regularly to prevent dust from covering the sensors and preventing them from accurately reporting printer status.
Paper Jam Handling:
If a paper jam occurs while printing, turn off the power and tear the paper at the paper feed point.
Push the green slide switch upward to open the printer cover. Clear any paper debris stuck inside the printer head.
Pull the jammed paper out in the direction of the arrow.
Close the cover, re-power on, and reload the printer according to the paper roll loading instructions.
Press the paper feed button to test whether the problem has been resolved.
